Sartell Stone Poneys Baseball

The Stone Poneys team was created back in 2010 by our Founder, Steve Gabrielson. Sartell had a need for more opportunity for baseball. Steve and his sons, Rob and Jim, got things going. The team started in the Sauk Valley Leauge, but moved to the Eastern Minny League in 2013. The Poneys had many young players, and the first years were definitely for learning. Jeff Amann became Player/Manager for the 2015 Season, and has been running the team ever since. The Poneys have also since moved back to the Sauk Valley League, where they participate in the West Division. The Poneys have been to 3 Straight Region 11C Tournaments, and hopes to get to their first MBA Class C State Tournament very soon. The team is still very young, but consists of the best players Sartell has to offer. Current HS Student, Recent HS Graduates, as well as some players with lots of baseball experience.
